• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of incentive compensation plans for commercial teams.
• Oversee marketing operations, field content platforms, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate congress planning, promotional reviews, and compliance workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory and Finance to align priorities and resources.
• Provide organizational effectiveness and communications across the commercial organization.
