Job summary

Zevra Therapeutics, a rare disease therapeutics company, seeks a Senior Director, Commercial Effectiveness to serve as a strategic operator and enterprise integrator for the commercial organization. You will coordinate incentive compensation, congress planning, promotional and medical review operations, field effectiveness, CRM and technology enhancements, vendor management, and budgeting.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead the design and governance of incentive plans,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in commercial operations in biotech or pharma.
• Experience with incentive compensation, field force effectiveness, CRM strategy, congress planning, and review operations.
• Experience supporting specialty or rare disease commercial models.

Responsibilities

• Lead congress planning and execution across national and regional meetings.
• Oversee Promotional and Medical Review operations with cross-functional partners.
• Design and govern incentive compensation for customer-facing teams.
• Lead marketing operations and enablement for launches and campaigns.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness and cross-functional communications.
