Zevra Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Director of Medical Excellence & Strategic Operations to build the infrastructure, processes, and capabilities that enable its Medical Affairs team to operate effectively and deliver against strategic priorities.

Reporting to the VP, Medical Affairs, the role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across Medical Affairs operations, field medical excellence, planning, insights and analytics, training, vendor management, and cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree such as an MS, MPH, MBA, PharmD, PhD, or other relevant degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Operationalize the US Medical Plan and translate priorities into executable plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Lead goal-setting and track progress across Medical Affairs.
Develop dashboards, metrics, and tools for visibility into activities and performance.
Manage Medical Affairs budget, annual planning, forecasting, and reconciliation.
Organize Medical Affairs team meetings, agendas, and follow-up for effective decision-making.
Develop onboarding, training, and resources for the field medical organization.
Establish HCP/KOL mapping, engagement planning, and field activity planning.
