Job summary

Zevra Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Patient Services to lead the strategic direction and operation of Amplify Assist.

You will manage a team of Field Case Managers and external partners to deliver best-in-class patient support from prescription through therapy duration and beyond. The role requires deep knowledge of patient support programs, payer landscapes, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on.access, reimbursement, and data-driven service enhancements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Patient Services/Access with 5+ years in leadership within biotech/pharma.
• Experience with Specialty products required.
• Experience in Rare Disease preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Patient Support Programs and Field Access Solutions.
• Strong leadership and vendor management skills; able to persuade and manage conflicts.
• Detailed understanding of Patient Services regulatory and compliance landscape; audits knowledge.
• Understanding of payer landscape and reimbursement terminology.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for patient services.
• Oversee the Patient Services model and operation across all units.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the team of patient service professionals and FCMs.
• Oversee all Patient Services vendors and HUB services.
• Ensure patient data is managed ethically and compliantly with regulations.
• Create and maintain service offerings for Patient Services, Reimbursement, and Access.
• Establish and monitor program KPIs and performance against them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external vendors.
• Utilize data and insights to optimize support services.
• Develop and manage the patient services budget.
