Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a quantitative/technical or life sciences field; advanced degree a plus.
• 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial data management or analytics.
• Experience building a commercial data warehouse on cloud platforms (Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Own design, build, and evolution of the commercial data warehouse on cloud tech.
• Define data architecture standards and conformed metrics across BI systems.
• Lead data governance, privacy, and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Manage data acquisition, integration, and master data management across domains.
• Mentor and develop the commercial data management team.
