Job summary

Lead a data warehouse on Snowflake/Databricks in AWS/Azure, oversee data acquisition, master data management, and governance, and mentor a growing team while collaborating

Qualifications

• 12+ years in pharmaceutical commercial data management or analytics.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience building or leading a commercial data warehouse on cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Own design, build, and long-term evolution of the commercial data warehouse on modern cloud tech (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure).
• Define and enforce data architecture standards to ensure scalability and analytics-readiness.
• Own the semantic layer and governance standards for trusted data across BI and reporting.
• Lead data acquisition, integration of syndicated data, payer data, and de novo sources.
• Drive Master Data Management and data stewardship across HCP/HCO, payer, product, and territory hierarchies.
• Establish governance and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11) and communicate the model to stakeholders.
