Job summary

LEO Pharma is seeking a Director of Commercial Data Management to shape strategy, governance, and data quality across the US commercial organization. The hybrid role is based in Madison, NJ, and will drive enterprise-wide data standards and analytics readiness.

You will lead a team responsible for data lifecycle, master data management, and governance, partnering with IT and senior leaders to enable data-driven decision-making and commercial growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharma or life sciences with data management and governance expertise.
• Experience leading data governance programs including MDM, data lineage, and business glossary.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate commercial data management and governance strategy.
• Define data assets to prioritize and unlock business value.
• Lead data lifecycle management and data quality objectives.
