Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a seasoned infrastructure architect to own the technical direction of the enterprise platform across cloud, data center, networking, database, and compute domains. You will define target-state architecture, standards, migration patterns, and modernization roadmap for our hybrid environment, aligning with business strategy and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in infrastructure engineering or cloud architecture.
• Experience migrating on-premises to cloud/hybrid environments.
• Leadership with executive/stakeholder engagement and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise reference architecture for hybrid infrastructure, including landing zones and governance.
• Lead migration strategy from on-prem to cloud platforms and manage migration waves.
• Define and govern networking, compute, and security standards across Azure and on-prem assets.
• Oversee platform security, vulnerability management, and operational controls.
