Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation, reliability, and security of enterprise systems and network infrastructure across compute, storage, virtualization, backup and data protection, identity, and voice. You will lead the systems and network engineering team and drive the roadmap set by the Director, IT Infrastructure.

You will deliver medium to large infrastructure projects, manage on-call escalation, and coordinate with IT Security

Qualifications

Ability to lead and direct the work of technical staff.
Strong operational management experience with enterprise systems and network infrastructure.
Solid project management experience.
In-depth understanding of high availability, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery principles.

Responsibilities

Directs the systems and network engineering staff to ensure reliable operation of compute, storage, network, and datacenter resources.
Provides Tier 3 escalation and incident management for infrastructure issues.
Executes the infrastructure roadmap and capacity planning with the Director, IT Infrastructure.
Manages hosting, carrier, and infrastructure vendors and coordinates on on-call coverage.
