Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Infrastructure leader to triage incidents, mentor engineers, and guide scalable hybrid cloud and on‑premises platforms across our enterprise.

You will establish architecture standards, monitor performance with observability tools, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver secure, compliant infrastructure aligned with strategic business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
5+ years in a large enterprise environment.
Healthcare knowledge and HIPAA/HITECH familiarity preferred.
Experience with servers, virtualization, public cloud, NAS/SAN, networking, backups, and security.
Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux servers.
Public cloud architecture and IaaS/PaaS experience desired.
Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS; industry certifications desired.

Responsibilities

Lead triage and resolution of infrastructure incidents.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to infrastructure engineers.
Architect and govern scalable hybrid cloud and on‑premises infrastructure.
Establish architecture standards, policies, and design principles.
Monitor and optimize complex infrastructure with observability and capacity planning.
Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and vendors for solutions and M&A due diligence.
