Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; master's preferred.
• 16–20 years in enterprise infrastructure or solution architecture.
• Experience governing large-scale enterprise environments and modernization.
• Strong knowledge of data center, storage, databases, and DR/BCP.
• Proven ability to set architecture standards, governance, and roadmaps.
• Experience with security, risk management, and compliance controls.
• Ability to lead cross-functional discussions with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain current-state, transition-state, and target-state architectures.
• Develop standards, reference architectures, and roadmaps for data center, storage, and DR.
• Lead assessments for infrastructure transformation, cloud adoption, and modernization.
• Evaluate options and provide architectural recommendations on scale, security, and cost.
• Ensure designs meet resilience, continuity, capacity planning, and cybersecurity needs.
• Drive vendor evaluations, product assessments, and PoC activities.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure governance and alignment throughout lifecycles.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation and decision records.
• Provide senior technical leadership during incidents and major upgrades.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and automation to improve efficiency.
