Oracle seeks an accomplished Senior Director to lead Cloud Hardware Support across parts of North America, building scalable regional operations and world‑class service delivery for hyperscale cloud infrastructure.

You will drive AI, automation, and data‑driven improvements while shaping leadership culture and partnering with cross‑functional teams to enable rapid regional expansion with operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in hyperscale cloud infrastructure or cloud operations.
• Proven ability to scale large, geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries.
• Track record of driving operational transformation through AI, automation, and data analytics.
• Strong strategic thinking and executive communication across engineering, product, and business units.
• Experience building scalable operating models and driving continuous improvement.
• Ability to balance customer commitments with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for CHS operations across parts of North America.
• Develop and implement scalable regional operating model for growth.
• Lead a large, dispersed organization across countries and cultures.
• Standardize deployment methodologies and improve service delivery.
• Champion AI, automation, and data-driven decision making.
• Build high-performing leadership teams and foster accountability.
• Partner with Engineering, Networking, Software, Product, and Data Center teams.
• Establish contractor, partner, and vendor relationships for regional deployment.
• Ensure customer commitments and service levels while managing risk.
• Represent CHS with Oracle executives and influence strategic priorities.
