Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Cloud Hardware Support across parts of North America, including Build & Deployment, production readiness, hardware lifecycle management, and break-fix operations.
• Develop and execute a scalable regional operating model to support hyperscale growth across multiple countries.
• Lead a large, dispersed organization and standardize deployment methodologies across the region.
• Drive continuous improvement through AI, automation, process engineering, and data-driven decision making.
• Build high-performing leadership teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver new cloud regions and ongoing excellence.
