Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks a Senior Director, Clinical Quality and Regulatory to lead enterprise quality, patient safety, and regulatory readiness. You will set standards, governance, and accountability across the nationwide organization while aligning regional execution with corporate strategy.

You will translate clinical quality trends into enterprise priorities, guide risk reduction initiatives, and collaborate with executive leaders to drive sustained improvements across LifeStance’s network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline, nursing, or related clinical field.
• Ten+ years in behavioral health service delivery, clinical quality or operations.
• Six+ years of leadership managing directors/managers.
• Experience leading regulatory readiness and payer audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop regionally aligned Clinical Quality & Regulatory Managers.
• Define governance, escalation, and measurement for enterprise quality.
• Oversee incident reporting, risk management, and corrective actions across regions.
• Provide enterprise leadership for accreditation surveys and state licensure reviews.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal to separate clinical documentation from billing integrity work.
