LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Quality and Regulatory to lead enterprise-wide clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory readiness.

The role focuses on strategy, governance, and system-wide improvement, with close collaboration across Clinical Operations, Practice Operations, and leadership teams. You will drive incidents lifecycle, data-driven improvements, and accreditation readiness while partnering with Compliance and Legal to ensure compliant clinical

Formación

• Master's degree required or equivalent in behavioral health or related field.
• Six+ years leadership experience in behavioral health with executive stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated success in regulatory readiness and quality transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading multi-state/regional quality, risk, and accreditation programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide enterprise leadership for clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory readiness across LifeStance Health.
• Define standards, escalation processes, and measurement strategies for consistent quality.
• Lead investigations of sentinel events and cross-regional patterns; drive corrective actions.
• Present quality data to governance forums and support board-level reporting.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure alignment of clinical documentation and payor requirements.
