LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking an accomplished Chief role to drive enterprise clinical quality, safety, and regulatory readiness across a multi-state footprint.

This executive will define governance, escalation, and measurement standards and partner with operations to ensure consistent quality. The role leads incident management, accreditation readiness, and risk mitigation, delivering executive-ready insights to board-level stakeholders while aligning regional execution with enterprise

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline, nursing, or a related clinical field.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, APRN or PA) preferred; equivalent quality/regulatory experience will be considered.
• Ten or more years in behavioral health service delivery, quality, or operations, including executive-level responsibility for quality strategy and risk management.
• Six+ years of leadership experience managing directors.
