LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Manager, Clinical Quality & Regulatory to lead clinical quality, safety, and regulatory readiness across multiple regions in the United States.

You will manage critical incidents, analyze data, and partner with regional leaders to drive improvements in quality of care. Collaborating with the Chief Medical Office and regional clinical directors, you will close performance gaps, implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to accreditation standards and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline or related field.
• Experience with quality/regulatory programs and chart reviews.
• Knowledge of state/federal accreditation and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical incident management and investigations across regions.
• Aggregate and analyze patient safety and quality data to identify trends.
• Develop and monitor corrective actions and training programs.
• Oversee compliance, accreditation, and survey readiness activities across regions.
• Report findings to CMO and enterprise leadership; support regional performance.
