Job summary

Diversicare seeks a Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical excellence across our Midwest network of nursing homes. You will develop, implement, and monitor clinical standards and systems, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will drive continuous improvement and service excellence across multiple centers. The role requires a BSN (MSN preferred) with at least five years in long-term care, strong leadership, and a proven track

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• MSN preferred for advanced clinical leadership.
• Experience leading clinical operations in long-term care is essential.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Elevate clinical competency across licensed nurses and oversee ongoing education.
• Develop and implement core clinical systems and guidelines across multiple facilities.
• Monitor adherence to dementia care protocols and support social services.
• Provide infection control guidance and respond to regulatory changes.
• Lead clinical leadership across the network to improve patient outcomes.
