Job summary

Diversicare is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical excellence across a network of senior care centers in the Midwest. You will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and shape clinical standards, systems, and performance metrics to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing education programs for nursing staff, implementing core clinical guidelines, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with social services and activities teams.

Qualifications

• BSN is required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in Long-Term Care & Rehab.
• Proven experience as a Director of Nursing in Long-Term Care with multi-site oversight.

Responsibilities

• Elevate clinical competencies across licensed nurses with ongoing education and monthly training.
• Develop and implement core clinical systems, guidelines, and care transitions.
• Monitor adherence to dementia care protocols and support social services and activities.
• Provide guidance on infection control and regulatory compliance updates.
• Offer clinical leadership across multiple facilities to drive best practices and outcomes.
