Job summary

Diversicare is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to drive clinical excellence across a network of Midwest nursing centers, including Chanute, Council Grove, Haysville, Hutchinson, Larned, and Sedgwick. Relocation assistance is available and leadership will report to the CNO.

You will develop, implement, and monitor clinical systems, standards, and trainings to elevate patient care, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; MSN preferred.
• At least 5 years of recent experience in the Long-Term Care & Rehab industry.
• Proven experience as a Director of Nursing in Long-Term Care.
• Demonstrated experience managing clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Elevate clinical competency by establishing and maintaining robust nursing education and monthly training.
• Strengthen clinical systems with standards for seating, positioning, and transitions of care; measure adherence.
• Define dementia care standards and support Social Services and Activities teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide infection control guidance and update standards based on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Lead multiple facilities to ensure consistent application of best practices and optimal patient outcomes.
