Job summary

Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical excellence across our Midwest nursing home network, covering several facilities. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will develop, implement, and monitor clinical systems to ensure care quality and regulatory compliance.

You will drive education, infection control, and standardized care across centers, partnering with nursing leaders to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or equivalent.
• MSN preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in the Long-Term Care & Rehab industry.
• Proven experience as a Director of Nursing in Long-Term Care.
• Demonstrated experience managing clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Elevate Clinical Competency: establish and maintain robust clinical competencies for licensed nurses with monthly training calls.
• Strengthen Clinical Systems: develop and implement core clinical systems and guidelines across care standards.
• Enhance Quality of Life: define standards for dementia care protocols and support social services in event management and directives.
• Champion Infection Control: provide guidance on infection control protocols and regulatory updates.
• Lead with Impact: provide clinical leadership to multiple facilities and drive best practices across the network.
