Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical excellence across our Midwest network of nursing homes in Kansas. You will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and shape systems that ensure high-quality resident care.

The role emphasizes staff development, infection control, dementia care standards, and cross-site collaboration to drive regulatory compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership of nursing teams across long-term care facilities.
Experience implementing clinical systems and quality initiatives.
Strong knowledge of dementia care, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Elevate clinical competencies with ongoing education and monthly trainings.
Develop core clinical systems, guidelines, and measurement of adherence.
Define standards for dementia care and support social services and activities teams.
Provide guidance on infection control and regulatory updates.
Lead clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities to improve outcomes.
