Job summary

Diversicare is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical excellence across our Midwest nursing home network, including Chanute, Council Grove, Haysville, Hutchinson, Larned, and Sedgwick in Kansas. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will develop and monitor clinical standards, drive quality initiatives, and guide system-wide improvements.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in Long-Term Care & Rehab.
• Experience as Director of Nursing in Long-Term Care.
• Experience managing clinical operations across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Elevate clinical competency through ongoing education and monthly training.
• Develop and implement core clinical systems and guidelines with measurable adherence.
• Define dementia care standards and support Social Services and Activities teams.
• Provide guidance on infection control and update standards per regulation.
• Lead clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities to drive optimal patient outcomes.
