Job summary

Impiricus in the United States is seeking a Senior Director of Client Services who will oversee multiple pharma campaigns, lead a team of 2-4 Client Success Managers, and act as the client's strategic partner. You will work with pharma clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders to align brand goals with campaign content and strategy, driving account growth and retention.

You will collaborate across departments to deliver integrated solutions, escalate risks, and ensure campaign success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years experience in Marketing and/or Consulting.
• Experience with campaigns in the HCP space or similar.
• History of building strategic client relationships with pharma brands/agencies.
• Excellent presentation skills and quick problem-solving ability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic expansion.
• Willingness to travel up to 1x per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of pharmaceutical accounts with retention, expansion, and overall account health.
• Develop and execute annual account growth plans aligned to client brand and portfolio strategies.
• Lead QBRs to present campaign metrics and ROI to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to understand brand imperatives and ensure campaigns are set up for success.
• Cultivate strong client relationships as a trusted advisor and ensure content guardrails are followed.
• Mentor a team of Client Services Managers and Coordinators.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Product, Data, and Medical teams.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and product roadmaps based on client feedback.
