Job summary

Impiricus is seeking a Senior Director of Client Services to oversee multiple pharma campaigns and drive success across client programs. You will lead a small team of Client Success Managers, serving as the client’s strategic partner with internal and external stakeholders.

You will own account health, growth plans, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable ROI and sustained client satisfaction. Travel up to 1x per quarter may be required.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a background in marketing or consulting within life sciences.
• Experience managing HCP campaigns and client relationships is preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of pharmaceutical accounts with retention, expansion and account health.
• Develop and execute annual account growth plans aligned to client brands.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Sales and drive revenue growth.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with measurable ROI for stakeholders.
• Mentor Client Services Managers and Coordinators for peak performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, Data and Medical teams.
• Escalate risks proactively to protect revenue and satisfaction.
