The Kim Komando Show, a Phoenix-based media agency, seeks a senior client services leader to own client relationships and the media operations behind them. You will guide national advertisers, manage the end-to-end process from strategy to billing, and drive renewals and growth.

You’ll also oversee negotiation of media buys, build relationships with networks, distribute talking points, and ensure accurate invoicing. A data-driven approach helps demonstrate ROI and optimize spend across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client services, account management, or media buying at an agency or media company.
• Track record of keeping and growing national accounts with renewals and upsells.
• Strong negotiation and attention to detail for rate cards and invoices.
• ROI fluency; able to explain cost-per-acquisition to a CMO.
