WestStar Multimedia is seeking a seasoned Client Services/Account Management leader for The Kim Komando Show family. You will own the client experience from onboarding to renewal, building a high-performing services team that delivers campaigns across radio, podcasts, newsletters and digital channels.

You’ll translate client goals into strategic, measurable campaigns and monitor ROI daily. You’ll collaborate closely with media buyers, production, content and sales, handling escalations and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client services or account management at a media company or ad agency (audio, podcast or host-read experience is a big plus).
• Track record of keeping clients happy and spending more year after year.
• Comfort with campaign data, and the ability to explain it to a CEO in two minutes.
• Experience leading and coaching a team.
• Clear, confident writing and presenting.
• You thrive on deadlines and can juggle multiple clients without dropping a ball.
• Experience with international clients across time zones is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; real-world results count more.

• Watch client ROI every day and act fast when a host or placement slips.
• Run client reporting through WAMM, our AI-driven client platform for media plans, airchecks, performance and invoices.
• Work hand in hand with our media buyers, campaign coordinators, production, content and sales.
• Handle escalations calmly and fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
• Spot opportunities to grow every account.
