Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Senior Space Planning leader based in Rogers, AR for a hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration 3 days per week. You will oversee a team delivering Walmart category reviews, planogram development, and floor planning, driving efficiency and client value.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, project delivery, budgeting, and leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance outcomes across multiple retail channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 6+ years in space/category management or retail analytics; 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven Walmart category reviews, MOD development, and MOD relay experience.
• Expertise with Blue Yonder Space Planning/Floor Planning and planogram automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team delivering Walmart category reviews, MOD relay execution, planogram development, floor planning, and category management solutions.
• Manage client relationships and ensure successful project delivery through planning, staffing, budgeting, and execution.
• Oversee financial performance including revenue, profitability, and resource utilization for client engagements.
• Drive best practices in retail space planning using Blue Yonder, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with clients to identify growth opportunities and support business development through proposals and presentations.
