Squarespace is seeking a Senior Director of Product for the Client Engagement Group to define and drive the multi-year vision for CRM, email campaigns, automations, and transactional communications, with a clear path to revenue growth and platform impact.

You will lead a team of product managers, collaborate with Engineering and Design, and work across Squarespace's ecosystem to integrate CEG into the broader platform, leveraging data and AI to improve automation and personalized outreach.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in customer engagement, CRM, marketing or communications products.
• 5+ years leading and developing product teams in multi-product environments.
• Deep familiarity with the customer engagement and email service provider landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product vision and strategy for CEG, spanning CRM, email campaigns, automations, and channels including SMS.
• Own the Email Campaigns business line end-to-end: report on revenue, develop engagement and GTM strategies, and lead roadmap decisions with commercial stakeholders.
• Build a competitive, full-featured customer engagement platform with investments in CRM, transactional automations, and advanced segmentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers across multiple product lines.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design leads to deliver outcomes and maintain velocity on high-priority initiatives.
• Partner across Squarespace ecosystem to ensure CEG is integrated into the broader platform.
