Job summary

Squarespace is seeking a senior product leader to own the Client Engagement Group’s multi-year vision across CRM, email campaigns, automations, and emerging channels in New York. You will lead the Email Campaigns line end-to-end, drive revenue and engagement strategies, and mentor a team of product managers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion spent building and scaling customer engagement, CRM, marketing, or communications products.
• 5+ years leading and developing teams of product managers in complex, multi-product environments.
• Deep familiarity with the customer engagement and email service provider landscape.
• Informed perspective on competing with and differentiating from best-in-class marketing and CRM tools.
• Demonstrated ability to own a revenue-generating product line with accountability for business outcomes.
• Strong strategic instincts paired with a bias for execution.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Experience influencing senior leadership and aligning product, engineering, commercial, and marketing stakeholders.
• Experience applying hypothesis-driven development and experimentation to accelerate product-market fit and grow adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product vision and strategy for the Client Engagement Group across CRM, email campaigns, automations, transactional communications, SMS, and emerging channels.
• Own the Email Campaigns business line end-to-end, including revenue performance, engagement and go-to-market strategies, and roadmap decisions.
• Build a competitive customer engagement platform through investments in business CRM, transactional automations, communication channels, and advanced segmentation.
• Lead, grow, and mentor product managers across multiple product lines.
• Partner with Engineering and Design leads to deliver outcomes, remove blockers, and maintain velocity.
• Collaborate with Commerce, Growth, Financial Solutions, and go-to-market teams to integrate CEG products across Squarespace.
• Use Squarespace data and AI to create smarter automation flows, personalized outreach, and differentiated engagement experiences.
• Shape standards and processes for senior product leadership at Squarespace.
• Report directly to the President of Squarespace and serve on the Product leadership team.
