Job summary

Vizient is seeking a Sr. Director of Client Delivery and Project Management to lead the Delivery Project Management organization at the Irving, TX office. The role partners with Account Management, Delivery, and Operations to ensure successful cross-functional engagements and measurable client value.

The leader will drive governance, capability building, and adoption of AI-enabled tools to optimize delivery and client outcomes while fostering accountability and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• MBA or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional project or program delivery.
• Experience leading delivery teams within healthcare, supply chain, consulting, managed services, or tech-enabled services.
• 5+ years of coaching high-performing project management or delivery teams.
• Demonstrated success with client-facing initiatives involving multiple internal stakeholders and executive-level relationships.
• Experience creating project governance, metrics, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing Delivery Project Management organization with clear priorities and accountability.
• Develop and coach PM leaders and teams through structured feedback and talent development.
• Guide organizational change, adopt new tools, and sustain engagement across complex environments.
• Partner with Account Management and senior stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities.
• Build trusted relationships across stakeholders to enable consensus and outcomes.
• Communicate progress, risks, and value through executive governance reviews.
• Establish governance, standards, metrics, and reporting to improve delivery.
