Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver client engagements of moderate complexity. This role partners with Account Management and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.

You will independently manage execution, facilitate stakeholder communication, monitor performance, and address risks. Apply PM methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement; leverage AI-enabled productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in project management, consulting, client services, business operations, or related.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and PM tools; familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Demonstrate ability to apply AI tools to solve business problems and refine outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements by developing project plans and coordinating activities to ensure successful execution.
• Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; proactively resolve barriers to delivery.
• Ensure adherence to PM methodologies, governance standards, and documentation requirements.
• Partner with Account Management and cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities.
• Provide timely updates on project status, risks, milestones, and actions through governance processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve execution, efficiency, and client satisfaction via continuous improvement.
