Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience supporting or managing cross-functional projects through the lifecycle.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, quality, and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, analytics preferred.
• Ability to work in evolving environments with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams throughout the full project lifecycle, with a focus on AI-enabled and data-driven initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with operational leaders, clients, and technical partners.
• Apply critical thinking to evaluate complex problems, identify risks, and recommend practical, data-informed solutions.
• Partner with clients to translate business needs into project plans and identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, or advanced analytics.
• Drive project decision-making by establishing alignment on scope, timelines, quality, budget, and expected outcomes in evolving or ambiguous environments.
• Manage project governance, review, and approval processes to ensure deliverables are documented and compliant from initiation through completion.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and required actions clearly and proactively to appropriate audiences.
• Monitor emerging AI trends, technologies, and tools to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
