Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in claims or related fields.
• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with senior leadership to develop claims strategies.
• Serves as claims technical expert for LOB.
• Provides technical claims support to business partners.
• Drives policy improvements and tracks progress against goals.
• Manages cross-functional strategy execution reviews.
• Develops staff materials and supports talent management.
