CNA is a market leader in providing professional liability and medical malpractice coverage for professional services and healthcare providers and facilities. We are currently seeking a Consulting Director to lead Claims Strategy and Execution projects and initiatives for these segments.
This individual contributor role will work across Professional Services and Healthcare segments: Architects & Engineers, Accounting, Program & Large Law, and Real Estate Professionals as well as Allied Healthcare Facilities, Aging Services, and Allied Health Providers. This role serves as a claims technical expert, responsible for the development and execution of strategic projects, trainings, processes and improvements for Claims lines of business. This person will consult with Claims leadership to support claims initiatives and partner to create business driven strategic roadmaps. Drives strategic activities of line of business to drive continuous process improvements within the lines of business. Acts as subject matter expert in support of the execution and implementation of operational changes with business partners.
Successful candidates are seasoned claims professionals who are entrepreneurial in nature and possess strong project management and influencing abilities. They are comfortable with ambiguity and capable of working both independently and across teams. This position enjoys a flexible, hybrid work schedule and is available at one of the listed CNA office locations. Internal candidates at all CNA office locations will be considered.

In certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $97,000 to $189,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
