Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; master's preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance preferred.
• Healthcare liability experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership on claims strategies.
• Serve as claims technical expert to diagnose improvements.
• Provide technical claims support to mobilize quick wins.
• Drive cross-functional strategy execution progress reviews.
• Develop staff development materials and talent management.
• Coordinate with Finance, Actuary, and Underwriting.
