CNA Financial seeks a Consulting Director to lead Claims Strategy and Execution across Professional Services and Healthcare segments, guiding senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

This individual contributor role requires deep insurance and claims expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to drive policy improvements, performance reviews, and staff development across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• Senior-level knowledge of insurance and claims principles, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with and influences senior leadership in development and implementation of Claims strategies and processes.
• Acts as claims technical expert to diagnose and act on improvement opportunities within LOB.
• Provides technical claims support to mobilize on quick wins and key strategic initiatives.
• Drives improvement of claim policies, business strategies and goals with performance evaluation.
• Manages cross-functional strategy execution progress reviews.
