GAI Consultants is seeking a senior leader to guide our civil engineering practice in the Ohio River Valley. The role focuses on managing private and public infrastructure projects, driving client relationships, and expanding the market footprint in Indiana and surrounding states.

You will oversee proposals, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams, while pursuing strategic growth opportunities and maintaining high standards of technical excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 15+ years of civil engineering experience, 5 in the local market preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Indiana or able to obtain within 6 months.
• Knowledge of civil drainage, grading, and utilities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Project.

Mansioni

• Provide sales and client management for existing and new strategic clients.
• Lead multi-disciplined efforts in the greater Ohio River Valley Region.
• Develop responses for cost proposals, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Develop project management plans for deliverables, budget, and schedule.
• Negotiate or assist with negotiating contracts.
• Assist with annual strategic and tactical market planning.
• Represent the practice at functions and conferences.
• Prepare backlog and manpower reports.
