GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a senior civil engineering leader to drive growth and lead multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects in the Ohio River Valley region. The role emphasizes client management, sales, and strategic planning for public and private opportunities.

The successful candidate will supervise and mentor teams, develop proposals, and ensure project success from planning through execution with profitability in mind.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree; P.E. license in Indiana or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 15+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, with 5 in the local market preferred.
• Capable of sales to support team and knowledge of civil drainage, grading, and utilities.

Mansioni

• Provide sales and client management for existing and new strategic clients.
• Lead multi-disciplined infrastructure projects in the greater Ohio River Valley Region.
• Develop responses for cost proposals, RFPs, and RFQs with technical/proposal staff.
• Develop project management plans for deliverables, budget, and schedule with focus on client satisfaction and profitability.
• Negotiate or assist with negotiating contracts and contribute to strategic planning.
