• Experience designing and executing trade, pharmacy, and distribution strategies across launches or large portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide trade, pharmacy, and distribution channel strategy across Sanofi's U.S. portfolio — pipeline and in-line.
• Lead end-to-end launch channel strategy for all U.S. product launches and ensure Day One readiness.
• Develop, oversee, and optimize pharmacy and distribution contracts and network design.
• Lead cross-functional governance, KPI tracking, and performance reporting for senior leadership.
