Job summary

Sanofi Inc. in the United States is seeking an Associate Director of Strategic Pricing to advise Brand Access Strategy Teams and help shape list price, market access, and contracting strategies for General Medicines.

You will work with US and global leaders, travel to key meetings, and contribute to pricing models and lifecycle pricing initiatives across inline products and development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience (Consulting or equivalent acceptable).
• Basic knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and reimbursement environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and auditable accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and timelines.
• Advanced ability in using PowerPoint, Excel, Access.
• Ability to travel to key meetings and conventions to meet with matrix partners in Cambridge MA or Bridgewater NJ as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support brand pricing initiatives for the General Medicines business unit and advise on List price, Market Access, and Contracting Strategies.
• Collaborate with US and Global leaders from various departments including Market Access, Pricing, Contract Operations, and Finance.
• Attend live meetings at Morristown, NJ office with potential base in Morristown or Cambridge; follow Global Hybrid Work Policy.
• Design pricing models to evaluate pre- and post-launch strategies (ASP, AMP, Best Price).
• Model lifecycle pricing and legislative impact on revenue.
• Support Brand Financial projections including Gross to Net.
• Assist with approval and execution of list price changes.
