Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in science or engineering; 15+ years of biopharmaceutical/launch experience preferred.
• Experience leading complex global product launches and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain global Launch Excellence strategy across Cell Therapy.
• Oversee portfolio readiness across development, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, quality and commercial.
• Lead governance, performance measures and risk management for launches.
• Build and lead an enterprise Launch Excellence organization and capabilities.
