Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Massachusetts seeks a senior supply chain leader to develop enterprise network strategies and governance for cell therapy and expansion across brands. You will drive end-to-end investment and performance, partnering with Finance, Demand & Supply Planning, Product Strategy, and external sites.

The role requires 10+ years in pharma/biotech supply chain, deep network planning expertise, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain or business; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of end-to-end pharma/biotech supply chain experience.
• Deep expertise in network planning, manufacturing strategy and capacity orchestration.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing networks and CMOs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership.
• Ability to translate supply chain insights into strategic business recommendations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops CT network strategy across brands and geographies.
• Assesses network capability for new therapies and expansion.
• Defines enterprise standards, governance for network design and planning.
• Performs benchmarking to inform best practices.
• Prepares network business cases with Finance and Product Strategy.
• Owns end-to-end investment strategies and decisions aligned with corporate priorities.
• Develops network scenarios to support strategic trade-offs.
• Assesses network risks and mitigation strategies.
• Owns network performance outcomes and delivery against targets.
• Monitors network-level, multi-brand projects and escalates when needed.
• Leads network initiatives like automation, analytics, AI-enabled operations.
• Owns AI/analytics strategy for network orchestration with planning teams.
• Partners to embed advanced analytics into core processes.
• Ensures alignment on supply chain strategies with Finance, E2E Demand & Supply Planning.
• Represents company externally at industry forums and partnerships.
