Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Cell Therapy to lead cross-functional projects, manage charters, resources, timelines, and budgets. You will drive risk mitigation, governance, and process improvements within the PPM team.

Requires 8+ years in GMP project management, 5+ years in SDLC with Agile/SCRUM, and strong leadership with executive presence. Hybrid work schedule in Summit, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or equivalent (minimum).
• 8+ years of project management experience in a GMP manufacturing environment (not IT PM).
• 5+ years with SDLC methodologies including Agile and SCRUM.
• 5+ years using Microsoft Project and data analysis/visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IT and business teams to plan, charter, and resource projects.
• Define, communicate, and manage detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Identify risks and issues; develop mitigation plans and escalation paths.
• Drive process improvements within the PPM team and ensure governance.
