Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering (biotechnology, biology, engineering, or related sciences).
• 5+ years in BioPharma operational or development discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with Supply Chain, GMP Manufacturing Operations, MSA/QA/QC, and related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex issues.
• Experience with project management execution and prioritization.
• Effective escalation and communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and oversee execution from ideation to sustainment or handoff to business owners.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and analyses to ensure clear vision, actionable outputs, and balanced decision making.
• Prepare, coordinate, and lead project communications for peers and senior stakeholders.
• Drive and track actions, develop detailed plans, identify critical path, and hold team members accountable for due dates.
• Build relationships with CTDO stakeholders to understand gaps and enable problem solving and barrier removal.
• Foster high-performance teamwork and maintain strong relationships with leadership.
• Identify obstacles, create options, and escalate to achieve milestones and budget.
• Utilize standard PM tools and Scrum methodology for tracking and reporting.
• Support CTDO culture focused on safety, engagement, and patient mission.
