Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven success in Business Development, preferably in the CDMO industry.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD in a scientific discipline preferred.
• Ability to cultivate strong client relationships and manage expectations effectively.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Comfortable adjusting communication style to fit different audiences and messages with ease.
• Willingness to travel globally ~50% of the time to our sites, conferences, and client locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BD strategy to grow CGT business.
• Build and manage client relationships with biotech and pharma companies.
• Lead confidential due diligence and negotiation processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for proposals and deals.
• Maintain and analyze CRM data; report to leadership.
• Represent capabilities and value proposition to clients.
• Participate in marketing planning for the region.
• Travel to client sites, conferences, and AGC sites ~50%.
