Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of growth, marketing, or business development experience with track record in enrollment or market growth.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage or health plan environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop multi-year growth plans and manage budgets.
• Strong analytics to track ROI and drive optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and multi-year CDO membership growth plans for four markets.
• Lead AEP readiness and enrollment execution across markets.
• Coordinate with contracting and physician groups to drive enrollment via physician channels.
• Monitor market opportunities, trends, and adjust growth strategy accordingly.
• Manage growth analytics framework and budget allocations across markets.
