Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Sr. Director, CDO Strategic Growth to drive membership growth, enrollment performance, and market expansion across four markets: Nevada, Texas, Arizona, and North Carolina.

You will lead a team of growth professionals and collaborate with Provider Contracting and physician groups to optimize enrollment outcomes. The role emphasizes data-driven planning, AEP readiness, and multi-channel growth initiatives with a focus on ROI and market differentiation across the CDO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent combination of professional experience and education will be considered.
• Minimum 10 years of growth, marketing, or business development experience in managed care or Medicare Advantage.
• Significant experience working with health plans, CDOs, or physician groups in a Medicare Advantage environment; accountable for enrollment or attribution outcomes.
• Experience developing and executing annual and multi-year growth plans with measurable membership and enrollment results.
• Experience coordinating AEP readiness and promotional execution across multiple markets with contracting and market leadership teams.
• Proven ability to build and manage growth analytics frameworks, track ROI, and optimize investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and multi-year CDO membership growth plans for each market (Nevada, Texas, Arizona, North Carolina) with measurable gains in membership and enrollment.
• Drive AEP readiness and enrollment execution across all four markets, coordinating with Provider Contracting and market leadership.
• Partner with Provider Contracting, Market Leadership, and physician groups to align on activation strategies and joint execution plans.
• Monitor market growth opportunities, enrollment trends, and membership expansion strategies to adjust the growth plan and maintain differentiation.
• Track growth analytics and ROI across programs and markets to optimize resource allocation and report results to leadership.
• Build and lead the CDO Strategic Growth team, setting performance expectations and fostering a results-oriented culture.
