Alignment Health is seeking a Sr. Director, CDO Strategic Growth to lead membership growth across Nevada, Texas, Arizona, and North Carolina.

You will drive enrollment performance, coordinate multi-channel growth initiatives with physician groups, and work with market leadership to optimize ROI and expansion opportunities. The role requires building comprehensive growth plans, aligning with Provider Contracting, and ensuring readiness for annual enrollment periods.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute annual and multi-year CDO membership growth plans for four markets: NV, TX, AZ, NC.
• Drive AEP readiness and enrollment execution across all four markets.
• Partner with Provider Contracting, Market Leadership, and physician groups to align on enrollment goals and activation strategies.
• Monitor market growth opportunities, enrollment trends, and membership expansion across all markets.
• Track growth analytics and measure ROI across all programs and markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and multi-year CDO membership growth plans. Build and own a comprehensive annual growth plan for each CDO market.
• Drive AEP readiness and enrollment execution across all four markets.
• Partner with Provider Contracting, Market Leadership, and directly contracted physician groups to align on enrollment goals and activation strategies.
• Monitor market growth opportunities, enrollment trends, and membership expansion strategies.
• Track growth analytics and measure ROI across all programs and markets.
