Job summary

Rockingham Grand Casino in Salem, NH seeks a Senior Director Compliance to manage internal controls, oversee state and federal guidelines, and lead AML/regulatory programs for both NH locations.

The role requires extensive knowledge of gaming laws, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate with regulators. The Senior Director will train staff, ensure training compliance, and report to Senior Leadership on regulatory activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, local and federal laws pertaining to Gaming and Alcohol.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong and thorough knowledge of gaming regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Designated AML Compliance Officer for NH locations with oversight of BSA and AML program.
• Oversee monitoring of reportable currency transactions and suspicious activities.
• Liaise with NH Lottery and Gaming Commission to resolve regulatory issues accurately and timely.
• Ensure AML training complies with regulatory requirements and company programs.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and maintain internal controls and SOPs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain controls and regulations for state and federal agencies.
• Communicate with state regulators and manage licensing requirements.
• Develop staff, including training and evaluation, and review activities with Senior Leadership.
• Project professional image as a representative of the company to internal/external stakeholders.
